How do I book a party?

How far ahead do I need to book?
The earlier the better as we often book out months in advance. Contact us about your party as we may be able to accommodate bookings that are closer to the party date.

Do you supply the tables and chairs?

We do not supply the tables and chairs though we highly recommend Tiny Tots for hire – especially the kids Tiffany chairs which come in clear, white, gold or pink, and the kids Ghost chairs which come in clear pink, clear red or clear blue to match your colour scheme. Pair these with their kids trestle table and we will decorate and cover these with our tablecloths to match your theme (included with our entertainment).

We take care of everything else – set up, all tools and supplies required for each child, the entertainer, the creative art-making fun and extras for entertainment, like music, pass the parcel and our temporary Tattoo Bar where kids can choose any tattoo they like, to be applied by your Speckles host. We also provide face painters and balloons as optional add-ons.

How old do the kids need to be?
We entertain children from ages 3 to 18. For slime parties we’d recommend around ages 4 and up. If you’d like to host a party for under 3’s, get in touch with us as we can often customise our supplies to suit the children’s ages.

How does a Speckles party work?
Your art party host arrives 30 minutes before your activity begins with all the supplies needed to set up an enticingly colourful art table full of decorations, gems and wonder!

With the music playing, we’ll set up the kids with aprons and they’ll dig in and get creative. We’ll be rotating around the table helping kids with anything they need.

The goal is to get creative and have fun. Every child gets to choose their own colours, decorations and sparkles to make something that excites them.

If there’s time left we decorate our carry bags, play pass the parcel which we bring along and choose from an assortment of temporary tattoos to wear – from metallic fairies to dinosaurs and more.

And then it’s usually time for food or cake – while we pack and clean up everything for you in the background!

Which kinds of events do you entertain at?

Anywhere children need entertaining! Birthday parties, weddings, christenings, corporate days and large events, expos and fairs.

Is everything washable?
We use washable glue and paint and we also include aprons.
