Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and factors outside of our control.
