Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days. During busy periods, launches or holiday seasons, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays, or factors outside of our control.

We recommend placing orders early where possible, particularly for time-sensitive celebrations and events.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amys@specklesart.com.au with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
